Produce

How we grow...

Our produce is grown using organic principles and from organic seed. We use no-dig methods as this helps to retain the soil structure and intricate ecosystem below ground, which in turn helps grow strong plants which don’t need to be sprayed with chemicals. The focus is on growing seasonal produce, and the addition of a polytunnel at the market garden allows us to extend the season and grow more tender crops.
